Whilst the ones in schools may be alright and may know English to their best abilities, the Language only picks those who not only speak perfect English but also understand kids, adolescents, teenagers and adults, someone who can be reliable and tries to be more of a friend than an authority. Po druhé sú to, samozrejme, materiály. Knihy sa vyberajú podľa schopností študentov, nie naopak. Knihy sú oveľa náročnejšie a sú zamerané viac na interakciu ako na nekonečné cvičenia a písanie. A hoci sú v škole veľmi dôležité a systém od nich v podstate závisí, tu sú učitelia povzbudzovaní, aby pozorovali svoje triedy a upravili plán vyučovania podľa preferencií žiakov. Nájdeme tu

Zatiaľ čo tí v školách môžu byť v poriadku a môžu vedieť anglicky najlepšie, LP hľadá niekoho, kto nielenže vie perfektne po anglicky, ale aj rozumie deťom, dospievajúcim, tínedžerom a dospelým, niekoho, kto dokáže byť ústretový a snaží sa byť viac priateľom ako autoritou. Neexistujú tu žiadne prísne pravidlá, ak ich študent vie argumentovať, všetko je možné.
Na záver by som chcel ešte spomenúť
akreditáciu, ktorú tu môžete získať. Hovorím o cambridgeských testoch alebo IELTS, ktoré sa konajú každý rok a sú dostupné pre všetkých. Od najmladšieho veku môžete získať certifikát použiteľný na mnohých miestach a v mnohých zariadeniach a miera neúspešnosti sa blíži k nule, pretože LP naozaj dbá na to, aby ste získali certifikát. Nie je možné, že sa o to postarajú.
